So who is Matthew White?

Matthew is the author of "Instant Calmness" and his newest book "The Confidence Bible".

Those works hold the discoveries of 13 years of deep study into philosophy and psychology. A chance encounter when young lead him to study both academic philosophy and theological belief systems from around the world. He has now lived in or travelled to 28 countries – an act he calls Practical Anthropology. It is this practical, real world experience of meeting so many people, with so varied thought systems, that allows him to see directly into the core of a person.

Wise beyond his age, that skill of seeing people without filters is what he uses to erase his clients fears, worries and stress. It is a skill that many of his members have used to re-ignite their passions, re-discover their sense of joy and build unshakable conviction.
